On December 19, 2023, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sujin Butdisuwan, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, and Dr. Chayanan Somthawinphongsai, IRCC Director & Associate Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, engaged in a dialogue with three key organizations in Hyderabad, India:

1. Human Resources Development Institute Telangana, India.
2. Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge Departments of ITE&C Government of Telangana, India.
3. Dr. MCR HRD Institute of Telangana & E.O. Chief Secretary Special of Telangana Government, India.
