1. Develop modern and diverse education in the arts, culture and philosophy to create knowledgeable personnel responding to needs of society at both the national and international levels.
2. Create new knowledge through research in the fields of art, culture, and philosophy aiming for academic excellence and continuous development for society and the nation.
3. Provide academic services that meet the needs of society by presenting the concept. and valuable research results which can be applied correctly according to academic principles.
4. Produce graduates with morality and ethics to understand the value and importance of art, culture, and philosophy. They can work and live a normal and happy life.
