June 21, 2024 News Update from Shinawatra University**
Shinawatra University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratthabut Kumsup, Vice President, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Suchin Butdeesuwan (Dean of the Faculty of Psychology) Dr. Mesith Chaimanee (Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology) and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kasemrat (Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts), alongside representatives from the Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Political Science and Law, Faculty of Business Administration, and Faculty of Liberal Arts, united for academic service activities at the Wat Bo Ngoen community in Pathum Thani Province.
The university’s initiative was divided into two primary target groups. The first group focused on activities aimed at strengthening the efficiency of youth in mental, physical, and social aspects. Activities included workshops, interactive sessions, and physical exercises designed to promote overall well-being and resilience among the youth.
The second group concentrated on enhancing health and mental well-being for the elderly, offering comprehensive health checks, mental health support sessions, and providing alternative medical services in Chinese medicine. These services included acupuncture, herbal remedies, and health consultations, aimed at improving the quality of life and health of the elderly population.
Shinawatra University’s dedication to community engagement and academic excellence continues to inspire positive change and promote well-being across all age groups in the Pathum Thani Province.
