On September 13, 2024, a lecture on Supply Chain Management in the Service Industry was delivered by Prof. Dr. Md. Mamun Habib at Shinawatra University (Metharath University). The lecture focused on the importance of customer satisfaction in the service industry and how supply chain management can be used to improve customer satisfaction.

Prof. Habib began his lecture by defining supply chain management as the process of planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption. He then explained that customer satisfaction is a key metric for measuring the success of a service business.
