Shinawatra University, February 8, 2024 – This morning, an academic conference themed “Mindfulness” was successfully held at Shinawatra University, exploring how the practice of “mindfulness” can address mental health issues. The conference, held from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Shinawatra University, attracted numerous professionals and researchers interested in mental health and mindfulness.
